Celeste has been with PHC for over ten years and continues to be inspired by the humanities
work. She has an extensive background in office organization and administration having had a
successful career as a law firm administrator. Celeste provides financial and administrative services to grantees, program staff, partners, contractors, and vendors. She expertly administers the organization’s grant-making and accounting functions to ensure the effective and efficient stewardship of resources in accordance with funder and organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, Celeste has been a Philadelphia resident for over 40 years.
