PHC board members are working hard to ensure strong public support for humanities, arts, and libraries in Pennsylvania.
During the most recent “Focus on Education” program produced by the Education Policy and Leadership Center and Pennsylvania Cable Network, PHC board member Ron Cowell led a discussion on the implications of state and federal budgets for these areas.
