Maureen McGuigan is the Deputy Director of Arts and Culture for Lackawanna County. She oversees the $1.3 million local tax generated fund for arts and culture programming as well as the operations of the Electric City Trolley Station and Museum. She holds a B.A. in history from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.F.A. in creative writing from St. Mary’s College of California. Her areas of expertise include cross-sector collaboration, community building, grant making and program design.
