Seulky McInneshin

Seulky McInneshin is Deputy Chief of Staff at Mastery Schools where she leads planning of network-wide strategies that support 24 schools in PA and NJ. Dr. McInneshin has held various nonprofit and higher education leadership positions in arts and culture, social services, and around diversity and inclusion issues, and is a retired academic. She most recently served as Executive Vice President at The Enterprise Center where she led fundraising, special projects, and long-term strategic growth initiatives related to community development and capital investments for small businesses. She holds degrees in history and is certified in nonprofit management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government.
